However once a year they present the Beyond Music Sound Festival, "the latest in international new music and site-based music performance ... a comprehensive three-day event featuring live performances, sound-installations, presentations and discussions." On occasion they may also book Beyond Music series performances at other times, but there is no regular schedule for these events at present. Beyond Baroque is located on Venice Bl., between Lincoln (Pacific Coast Highway) and Abbot Kinney Bl. From the 405 south, exit at Venice Bl., turn right (north) at the light onto Sawtelle. One block north there is a light at Venice. Turn left (west) on Venice, and proceed about two miles, crossing Centinela Av. and Lincoln Bl. Beyond Baroque is another six blocks down the street after Lincoln, on the right (north) side of the street. There is street parking in the general area. From 405 north, exit onto the Marina Freeway (route 90) west, and take it all the way to the end (after it splits into the Marina Expressway) at a light at Lincoln Bl. Turn right (north), cross Washington Bl., and proceed another eight blocks to a light at Venice Bl. Turn left (west) on Venice -- Beyond Baroque is six blocks down the street, on the right (north) side of the street. There is street parking in the general area.
