In the way of music, percussionist Adam Rudolph has performed there regularly with his Go Orchestra, as well as duets with Yusef Lateef and Bennie Maupin. Other interesting presentations have included portions of the MicroFest microtonal music festival and the Max 10 experimental performance series. Electric Lodge is located on Electric Av., north of Venice Bl. and just south of California Av., one block east of Abbot Kinney Bl. From the 405 south, exit at Venice Bl., turn right (north) at the light onto Sawtelle. One block north there is a light at Venice. Turn left (west) on Venice, and proceed about two miles, crossing Centinela Av. and Lincoln Bl. Go eight blocks to Electric Av. on the right. Turn right (northwest) on Electric and go two blocks, just before California Av. Electric Lodge is on the right corner, with a free parking lot. From 405 north, exit onto the Marina Freeway (route 90) west, and take it all the way to the end (after it splits into the Marina Expressway) at a light at Lincoln Bl. Turn right (north), cross Washington Bl., and proceed another eight blocks to a light at Venice Bl. Turn left (west) on Venice and go eight blocks to Electric Av. on the right.
