Venue Zipper Hall Colburn School of Performing Arts 200 South Grand Av., Los Angeles, CA 90012 Phone: 213-621-2200 Web site The Herbert Zipper Concert Hall is the concert hall of the Colburn School of Performing Arts. It is used for a variety of presentations including PianoSpheres and chamber concerts by Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. The Colburn School is located on Grand Av. north of 4th St. (north of the 3rd St underpass), just north of the Museum of Contemporary Art. DRIVING/PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: PARKING: Parking is available at the California Plaza Parking Garage, between Lower Grand Av and Olive Av, just north of 4th St. Enter the garage from from Olive Av. (Grand St entrance is only for monthly customers.) * From the 110 Freeway exit at 4th Street, stay toward the left off the ramp and turn left at Olive St. * Turn left into the California Plaza parking garage. Follow signs to Visitor/Valet parking and either park in an available Visitor space or leave with the Valet. * Elevators will take you to the Plaza level, walk west to Grand Av, and turn right (north) on Grand. Walk past MOCA to Colburn School. ALTERNATE PARKING: There is also an open-air parking lot across from REDCAT, a sort of peninsula surrounded by Hope, 2nd, and Kosciuszko Way. * From the 110 Freeway exit at 4th Street, stay toward the left off the ramp and turn left at lower Grand Ave. (You can also get onto Kosciuszko Way from Olive St.) * Continue one block and turn left at the light onto Kosciuszko Way. * Continue under Grand, and the parking lot entrance is on your right before you get to Hope.
